DELIVERY
We will send you your Feng Chen Wang pieces from our online shop to the shipping address you've provided us with at the checkout.
For security reasons, we make sure the right person gets their new Feng Chen Wang pieces; all orders must be signed for upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming your order is on its way, which also include your tracking number. If you have not received one please contact eshop@fengchenwang.com who will be able to email you the details.
Our delivery times are approximate and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your Feng Chen Wang order will arrive at a specific date as sometimes there could be delays with shipping due to customs or at busy periods like Christmas and sales times.
TAXES & DUTIES
For shipments outside of the UK, please note that the prices quoted are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be taxed when the package reaches your destination country. Paying any customs duty, import taxes and duty charges are your responsibility, and the local authorities will hold your order until you have paid the charges. Once you have paid any charges, your online shop order will be delivered to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be.
