If you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you full refund within 14 days from when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we can not refund any shipping, taxes, duties, charges. Items must be returned in an unworn and saleable condition with original tags and shoe box for shoes. Please contact eshop@fengchenwang.com to obtain your returns authorisation quoting your order number and SKU code. We do not accept returns for any underwear, swimwear or "sale" items. The cost of shipping returns goods is the customers responsibility and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
