If you will like to make a return, you will need to email us at eshop@fengchenwang.com with a return request. Please quote your order number and SKU code. Goods must be returned in an unused and saleable condition with all the tags intact and accompanied by the original delivery note and the returns form. Underwear, swimwear and merchandise marked 'sale' cannot be returned. Shoes need to have no marks or scratches on the soles. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.
